Optimizing Gross Margin in the National Electricity Market

CS Energy seeks graduates to join our team as Physical Traders. The role involves dispatching the company's generation portfolio into the National Electricity Market, ensuring maximum gross margin.

This requires monitoring market conditions and competitor behavior to inform dispatch decisions and shape the overall trading strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for making key decisions that impact the company's revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong decision-making capability, be comfortable working autonomously, and possess excellent communication skills. A technical degree in a related field is desirable, but not essential.

We offer a 24-hour rostered position averaging 3 shifts of 12.5 hours per week, with a generous shift allowance to compensate for shift work. Our team is highly experienced and can provide mentorship and support to new starters.
