Air Freight Import Manager Role

Key responsibilities for this position include leading daily operational activities, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with carriers to optimize service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to work independently under pressure, and have excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operational activities within the Air Freight Export team.
  • Support and contribute to the achievement of country targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Degree in Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Customs, Dangerous Goods, and Air Cargo Security.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and commercial negotiation skills.
