Job Overview

As a Warehouse Operations Specialist at our Eastern Creek fulfilment centre, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our business by improving areas of safety, efficiency, and customer experience. You will be part of a collaborative team working within an environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Crown Joystick High Reach Forklifts
  • Conduct RF Scanning, Replenishment, and Putaways
  • Wrap pallets and perform quality checks
  • Perform Manual Handling up to 20kgs
  • Drive cultural change towards 5s Lean Warehousing principles
Requirements:
  • Valid LF forklift ticket (ideally having used a Crown Joystick High Reach before)
  • Physical fitness to perform duties in the warehouse
  • Reliable and collaborative team member
  • Safety-first mindset with adherence to Safe Operating Procedures
  • Own safety boots
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
