**Warehouse Operations - Wolli Creek NSW**

Are you ready to join an amazing team and take on a new challenge? Look no further than Holloway Removals and Storage We are seeking an experienced **Warehouse Operator **for an **immediate start**.

This **PERMANENT** role is tailor-made for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong leadership skills, and is dedicated to hands-on engagement in warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations from receiving, picking through to warehousing and distribution operations
- Work closely with Operations & Customer Service team to ensure targets are communicated, delivered and improved upon
- Training and developing new /existing employees
- Ensure compliance with all OH&S requirements, ensuring all employees understand and promote a strong safety culture

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in medium to large organisation
- Proven ability to engage, motivate and lead teams
- Strong knowledge of warehousing processes and operations
- Sound knowledge of compliance and WHS
- Experience with WMS systems (Shippit)
- **Forklift license and HIGH REACH exp. a must**:

- Customer Service experience
- Flexible and adaptable, able to adapt to continuous and rapid changes in business requirements or activity.
- A passion for managing team dynamics with solid planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication and good computer skills

**How to apply**

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
