The Commercial Development Officer plays a key role in supporting commercial programs, focusing on in-terminal concessions and public parking/ground transportation operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support commercial programs emphasizing in-terminal concessions and public parking/ground transportation operations.
  • Ensure concession operators and parking/ground transportation providers deliver excellent customer service and meet contractual obligations.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities across the commercial portfolio.
  • Assist with land development and permitting activities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business (preferred focus in business development, administration, marketing, or property management).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or client management, preferably in an airport or related industry.
