Job Title: Airport Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Airport Services Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting commercial programs at the airport, with a focus on in-terminal concessions and public parking/ground transportation operations.

This role involves ensuring concession operators and parking/ground transportation providers deliver excellent customer service and meet contractual obligations, while maximizing revenue opportunities across the commercial portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concessions, parking, and commercial operations, including leases and licenses, and will be able to foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support YYJ's commercial programs with emphasis on in-terminal concessions and public parking/ground transportation operations.
  • Ensure concession operators and parking/ground transportation providers deliver excellent customer service and meet contractual obligations.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities across the commercial portfolio.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in business (preferably with a focus on business development, administration, marketing, or property management).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or client management, preferably in an airport or related industry.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Security Clearance:
