Job Summary

Aircraft maintenance engineers play a vital role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on aircraft systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
  • Conduct inspections and testing to identify and rectify faults and defects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices through continuous training and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical, Avionics, or Structures) from a recognized institution.
  • Recent experience in industry and line maintenance, preferably on B737 aircraft.
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations, including adherence to aviation standards and protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Full working rights in Australia and willingness to obtain ASIC (Airport ID) and meet medical requirements.
