Key Responsibilities- Provide High-Level Personalized Support: Deliver high-quality, personalized support and service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Promote ETC's Services: Actively promote our services to local industry, employers, and job seekers, fostering strong relationships and partnerships.
- Support Participants and Employers: Provide support to participants, employers, and education providers to convert job and education placements into sustainable outcomes.
- Achieve Agreed Objectives: Meet and exceed agreed objectives and targets, driving success and growth in our Transition to Work contract.
- Facilitate Connections: Work with TtW Recruitment Advisors to facilitate connections between young people and employers, educational institutions, and community organizations to achieve employment, education, training, and work experience placements.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and/or experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Exceptional Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Computer Literacy: Possess a high level of computer literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
