Aircraft Refuelling Professional

Our organisation is seeking a skilled and qualified Aircraft Refueller to join its team in Melbourne, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and refuelling duties with precision
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for tanker operations, adhering to strict standards
  • Carry out fuel farm operator level maintenance as required to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct comprehensive safety site inductions and observations to safeguard staff and equipment
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints with professionalism

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Australian drivers' licence with an excellent driving history
  • Minimum HC (Heavy Combination) driver's licence for heavy vehicle operation
  • Bulk Dangerous Goods (DG) licence for handling hazardous materials
  • Proficient in computer software, including Word, Excel and Outlook, for efficient record-keeping and communication
  • Excellent work ethic and forward-thinking attitude for success in this role

About You:

  • Previous experience working within an airport or fuels environment is highly desirable but not essential
  • Heavy vehicle driving experience is advantageous for this position
  • Fuel Quality Control (FQC) qualification or willingness to obtain is a significant advantage
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and possess outstanding self-management skills
