A Regional Leader Role

Job Summary:

This is a leadership opportunity to drive the success of our park operations. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting day-to-day activities, driving an exceptional guest experience, and leading a great team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily park operations, including handling after-hours callouts
  • Oversee check-ins, guest accounts, and bookings
  • Help manage budgets and identify revenue opportunities
  • Coach and support staff to deliver amazing customer service

Requirements:
  • Experience running or supervising operations in a park, motel, resort, or similar setting
  • Leads from the front with strong coaching and motivating skills
  • Jumps into systems like RMS or similar reservation platforms
  • Understands basic budgeting and revenue management
  • Is guest-obsessed and thrives on making people feel welcome
