About Our Electrical Estimation Role

  • We are looking for an experienced professional to take a lead role in the creation and assessment of electrical estimates and bid/proposals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in estimating major electrical programs, a bachelor's degree in engineering/project management or similar disciplines, and strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities include developing robust cost estimates for electrical infrastructure works, including transmission and renewable projects, translating internal estimates and work breakdown structures into customer mandated pricing models, and supporting response to major bids and deliver high-quality proposals that present true customer value propositions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in estimating major electrical programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/project management or similar disciplines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical estimation and bid/proposal management.
  • Experience on renewable energy projects is a plus.
