Senior Recruitment Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various industries.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to build a long-term career in recruitment, working directly under our global award-winning Principal. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as writing compelling job ads and marketing roles creatively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates across a range of industries.
  • Write engaging job ads and market roles effectively.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using our CRM system.
  • Support Consultants with shortlists, interviews, and placements.
  • Shadow senior recruiters and work directly under our Principal to learn business development, negotiation, and recruitment strategy.
  • Attend industry events and functions to expand your professional profile.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be confident and charismatic, with immaculate grooming and professional presentation at all times.
