Job Description

The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective sales and marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales and Profitability Analysis: Evaluate sales performance, monitor stock movement, and ensure sales growth and profitability targets are met.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct monthly forecast vs. demand analysis, strategies gap planning, and develop brand-building initiatives.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement strategic A&P plans to boost brand awareness and maximise sales through effective media channels.
  • Supplier Coordination: Obtain approvals, manage budgets, and address supplier inquiries for marketing programs.
  • Media and Advertising: Research, recommend, and negotiate with media outlets to secure cost-effective advertising and promotional opportunities.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3-8 years of experience in a similar FMCG role, preferably with experience in the food industry.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to speak, read, and write in Chinese.
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with sound problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Aptitude for business planning and budget management, demonstrating strong business and commercial insight.
  • Solid mathematical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
  • Competent in using computers and relevant applications.
