Lead Field Service Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Supervisor to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing work orders, allocating tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, and providing technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Determine scope of work and provide customers with clear estimates and timelines.
  • Allocate tasks to technicians to maximize labour resources and ensure efficient job completion.
  • Manage work orders and timesheets, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company procedures.
  • Assist with ordering parts and tools as required.
  • Monitor warranty work to ensure repairs are carried out to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Provide technical assistance and diagnostic expertise as needed.
Requirements:
  • Leadership qualification or experience leading a small team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Accurate with a high attention to detail.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Familiarity with CAT and dealer systems an advantage.
