Are you looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Supervisor to join our team

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that will see you take an active role in the operation and maintenance of wastewater assets. You will be based at a depot and support field teams to deliver high OHS outcomes, service delivery efficiencies, asset reliability, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong people leadership, supervision, technical guidance, and training.
  • Direct day-to-day operations required for efficient and effective provision of planned and reactive works, as well as maintenance activities.
  • Lead and participate in all site OH&S activities and initiatives.
  • Perform regular field audits and ensure high-level field presence.
  • Manage people, including e-timesheet approvals, performance reviews, development, and performance management.
  • Participate in overall contract operational service delivery to meet business plan objectives and corporate strategies.
