Job Opportunity:

The role of a Senior Strategy Consultant involves combining strategic consulting expertise with AI innovation to co-develop breakthrough solutions that address unique challenges in the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead AI transformation initiatives by developing innovative analytics solutions that deliver measurable business value for FMCG clients.
  • Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams that deliver transformative proof-of-concept trials, ensuring seamless transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and build strategic partnerships, balancing business objectives with client needs through compelling presentations to senior leadership.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of AI-native tools that enhance daily workflows for thousands of retail team members.
  • Champion solution development with a strategic consulting mindset, continuously engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term commercial success.

Requirements:

  • Management consulting expertise: Experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy roles, with proven knowledge of consulting frameworks and structured problem-solving methodologies that drive real business outcomes.
  • Commercial acumen: Deep understanding of retail/FMCG sectors and business processes, coupled with experience in data-driven solutions, makes you an asset to the team in delivering measurable value from pilot to BAU.
  • AI curiosity & strategic mindset: Curious about how AI can transform FMCG business challenges and excited to work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and AI.
  • Stakeholder influence: Ability to communicate effectively across organisational levels enables you to build consensus and drive alignment, turning complex analytical concepts into actionable insights for senior leadership.
