Client Engagement Director

PRGX Global, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their expectations are met, and driving mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage key client relationships, serving as a client advocate and primary contact, with the goal of client retention and growth.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with multiple contact levels at the client, focusing on top executive levels, and serve as a trusted advisor by understanding their business needs and advocating for them.
Monitor performance and client adoption of PRGX's offerings, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded, and collaborate with Operations to ensure consistent delivery of high performance.
Resolve complex issues that may arise and conduct regular, timely check-ins with clients, including business reviews to discuss performance reports and KPIs, address outstanding needs, and offer insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes.
Identify and present opportunities to upsell/cross-sell PRGX solutions that solve client challenges, educate clients on PRGX's products and solutions, and synthesize client trends and insights to communicate key findings to internal stakeholders.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategies that enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth for PRGX, meeting or exceeding annual goals, and drive a customer-centric culture by ensuring alignment of the broader PRGX organization with client expectations and needs.
Requirements:
Completion of a college education.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in client engagement, client relationship management, or similar role on large and complex client engagements and interacting with leaders within Fortune 500 organizations.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, procurement, accounts payable, category management, and/or profit recovery auditing.
Deep subject matter expertise of the source-to-pay and/or procure-to-pay cycles, experience selling complex solutions into the Accounts Payable, category management and/or procurement functions within large grocery, retail and/or Fortune 500 companies, and demonstrated achievement of managing key client accounts in the source-to-pay/procure-to-pay space.
Demonstrated sales experience resulting in successful cross-selling within clients and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, with a passion for clients and their success, detail-oriented, and able to easily build and maintain relationships even when facing difficult situations.
Ability to think critically and strategically, problem solve, adapt approach and demeanor to match shifting demands of different situations, and find innovative solutions to complex challenges, with a bias towards action and results, and strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly and compellingly.
