The successful candidate will be responsible for managing investigations and projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and effectively. They will also provide advice on trends and patterns, industry and consumer behaviour, and impacts of broader environmental change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage investigations and projects to ensure timely and effective delivery">
  • Provide expert advice on consumer protection provisions and industry trends">
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders">
  • Contribute to the development of ACCC positions on legislative and policy reform">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA)">
  • Demonstrated experience in managing investigations and/or projects">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills">
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and guide staff development">
