About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Analyst to join our team at Endeavour Group. As a key member of our Data Governance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Analysts to identify and agree on business and technical requirements.
  • Assist in documenting, reviewing, and supporting approvals of the project scope/requirements.
  • Participate in workshops and ensure the inclusion of relevant team members from the business to validate the design being implemented.
  • Work with the Pillar, Technical, and Business Teams to ensure all possible due diligence is carried out prior to the go-live.
  • Travel to stores and/or interstate offices may be required to gather requirements.
  • Support testing, assist to create test scripts, perform testing, and provide potential solutions to resolve errors.
  • Work with Data Governance Analysts, Integration and Data Engineers, System Owners, and/or Business Data Owners to ensure that data sources within the solution are validated.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in an insights-driven business and/or data analyst role.
  • Advanced proficiency in various data and insight-based software, including but not limited to Excel, Google Sheets, database querying, and Tableau.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong change management and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, facilitate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to motivate others, track progress, and collaborate effectively with peers.
  • Sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Able to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Positive and 'can do' attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM).
