Financial Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in preparing and submitting financial documents for loan applications, drawdowns, and banking compliance.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date registers of project securities, including bank guarantees and bonds, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with external valuers to coordinate property valuation schedules, manage related reporting, and facilitate invoicing.
  • Administer tenant deposits, generate work invoices, and support audits and reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Upload actual financial data, assist with reforecasting, analyze variances, and ensure timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Process acquisition journals, lease entries, tenant invoicing, and manage aging reports to optimize cash flow.
Requirements
  • CA / CPA qualification or equivalent experience in the Big 4 / Mid Tier sector.
  • Proven experience working with project reporting systems to drive financial insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills to analyze and present complex financial data.
