Financial Management Expert

We're seeking a meticulous and organized Financial Management Expert to handle the daily operations of our funds, ensuring timely completion of periodic reports and regulatory filings.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and Net Asset Value calculations;
  • Oversee audit management and review fund-related reports;
  • Coordinate investor servicing activities, including on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statement issuance;
  • Support senior officers in delivering high-quality work to clients;
  • Liaise with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries for new fund setup processes;
Requirements
  • Strong academic background;
  • Newly qualified/partially qualified Accountant (e.g. CPA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CIMA/ACA);
  • Prior knowledge or experience of working in financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (including Private Equity and Real Estate funds) is desirable;
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills;
  • Team spirit with ability to work independently when necessary;
  • Ability to work under pressure meeting various deadlines;
  • Mature and detail-oriented individual;
  • High level of IT literacy with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word;
  • Familiarity with eFront and Yardi systems would be beneficial.
