Job Title

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Governance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a key position responsible for ensuring the efficient operational management of our deposit and lending product portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing the product set, defining processes, and ensuring customer centricity and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product disclosure documents and collateral.
  • Coordinate actions following senior manager decisions.
  • Review product behavior for compliant design and distribution obligations.
  • Update product-related customer forms.
  • Audit aggregator software for up-to-date product documentation.
  • Manage lending and product operational matters.
  • Identify process improvements and simplify customer communication.
