The Role

This position supports our Product Management Team in managing private label arrangements and overseeing product governance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of our private label platform relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations for partnerships.
  • Gather and address client feedback to improve customer satisfaction and product offerings.
  • Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, initiating improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align services with client needs and industry standards.
  • Oversee and update disclosure documents to meet regulatory standards and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and uplift policies and procedures documentation across products.
  • Support updates to governance frameworks and policies, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to integrate new regulatory requirements into governance and documentation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively manage impacts on our product governance and private label arrangements.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in financial services, with a particular emphasis on wrap platform product management.
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management.
  • Working knowledge of legislative/technical rules impacting platforms and investments.
  • Experienced in reviewing and writing product disclosure documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage competing priorities.
