Product Governance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and validating customer outcome data, including claims, complaints, feedback, metrics, regulatory requirements, and competitor environment themes.
They will also analyze and interpret this data to assess whether product outcomes demonstrate value and confirm that products are being sold to the intended customer segments.
Additionally, they will identify solution-based outcomes and propose recommendations with tangible actions to improve customer outcomes, categorizing urgency where necessary. They will write reports and deliver comprehensive customer outcomes reports to the responsible Product Manager and track and monitor post-review actions and recommendations through Product Governance Dashboards.
