Product Governance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Governance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and validate data – source customer outcome data (claims, complaints, feedback, metrics etc), regulatory, customer advocacy and competitor environment themes.
  • Analyse and interpret data – Assess whether product outcomes demonstrate value and confirm that products are being sold to the intended customer segments.
  • Identify solution-based outcomes– Propose recommendations with tangible actions to improve customer outcomes, including categorisation of urgency.
  • Write report and deliver – Prepare and comprehensive customer outcomes reports to the responsible Product Manager.
  • Track and monitor – Follow up on post-review actions and recommendations, ensuring visibility through governance dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to act as a strong advocate for customers, with the conviction to stand behind insights and recommendations that support good customer outcomes.
  • A strong sense of curiosity to analyse and interpret data (quantitative and qualitative).
  • Understanding of the principles and concepts related to design and distribution obligations.
  • Knowledge of financial retail product lifecycles, strategies and monitoring of effectiveness.
  • Ability to critically assess translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to present findings to key stakeholders.
