  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain expert-level understanding of marketing platforms and technology, supporting the development of best practices at Overdose.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Activity: Manage the ongoing operation and optimization of digital marketing activity, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Provide Data-Driven Insights: Ensure client reporting consistently produces actionable insights and measures the success of marketing strategies.
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members: Effectively mentor junior members of the marketing team, supporting their growth and development.
  • Lead New Business Proposals: Lead out new business proposals by identifying opportunities across platforms and providing best-practice recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Manage effectively hours within the retainer arrangement of the client, and be transparent with the allocation of these hours.
  • Track and Monitor Tasks: Track and monitor tasks within the tools utilized at OD, including Wrike, Slack, Confluence, and Google Docs.
Essential Skills
  • Cross-Channel Knowledge: Deep cross-channel knowledge and an understanding of how different marketing channels relate to each other.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to define a business challenge and develop a medium-long-term vision to address this.
  • Platform Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns, including current certifications.
  • Meta Advertising: Comprehensive knowledge of Meta Advertising platforms (Facebook and Instagram) including current certifications.
  • Social Media: Strong understanding of other social media platforms, including Pinterest, TikTok, Snap, and LinkedIn.
  • Programmatic Advertising: Understanding at a base level of programmatic advertising platforms and ad servers, e.g. DV360 and CM360.
  • Data Analysis: Experience developing reports using multiple sources using Google Data Studio.
  • Product Data Feeds: Understanding at a base level of Product Data Feeds for Google Shopping.
  • Communication: Ease of explaining complex concepts in a simplified manner.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients or stakeholders.
