We are seeking energetic and customer-focused fitness professionals to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment with great benefits and rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide health advice and assistance with exercises to members
  • Prepare and set up exercise rooms for scheduled classes, including any necessary equipment
  • Conduct group exercise classes and complete weekly timesheets
  • Ensure all group exercise rooms are clean and presentable, and equipment is stored correctly at the completion of each class
  • Promote membership products and services

About You:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated and organised with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to understand customer needs

Requirements:

  • Current NSW RSA & RCG competency card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Certificate III in Fitness (Group Exercise Instruction) or GEL (Group Exercise Leader by Les Mills)
  • Level 1 Boxing qualification (desirable)
  • Accredited Spin qualification (desirable)
  • Current Registration with AUS Active (desirable)
