As a Business Operations Analyst, you will drive business outcomes and deliver strategic insights to inform key decisions. The role involves leveraging data analytics to optimize operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.

About the Role

This is a challenging position that combines commercial analysis, logistics management, project support, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering actionable insights through data-driven analysis and presentations to internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
  • Forecasting and validating demand, tracking variances, and identifying trends that impact operations.
  • Driving continuous improvement across transportation, warehousing, and logistics through cost analysis and process optimization.
  • Partnering with finance on monthly cost tracking, freight accruals, and return rate analysis.
  • Leading vendor allocation strategies, product launches, and stock release planning.
  • Identifying and addressing supply chain inefficiencies through actionable recommendations.
  • Preparing and delivering reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
