Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Analyst to support our growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing commercial insights to inform business decisions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior stakeholders, and communicating with multiple functions across the organisation to provide a clear picture of performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business partnering with operations, sales and the senior leadership team
  2. Deep dive analysis into operational costs, rates, KPI's
  3. Reviewing and improving efficiencies across the business
  4. Budgeting and forecasting
  5. Supporting external accountant with data for management reporting
  6. Create and utilise financial models and dashboards
  7. Presenting key financial insights and commercials to senior leadership and making recommendations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Industry experience in supply chain or logistics
  • Exposure to hands on SME environments where there is manual processes
  • System/ ERP knowledge of Xero, MYOB or similar
  • Advanced excel skills to create financial models and performance dashboards
  • Stakeholder management and good communication skills especially at a senior level and with non-finance
