Main Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end fiat currency operations, including USD trading management.
  • Onboard new corporate clients and manage relationships with existing payment partners.
  • Design, build, and maintain relationship/performance of fiat payment channels.
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to full fiat operations.
  • Contribute to the rollout of new business initiatives related to fiat operations.
  • Support data growth strategies and implement risk mitigation measures.
Requirements
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and user friction points.
  • Design and execute data-driven optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies focused on user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders, requiring bilingual English and Chinese skills.
