Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Guardian Early Learning Group. As a Lead Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our early learning programs, working closely with our Centre Leadership Team and Educators to create a safe and secure environment for our children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Lead and guide teams in developing and implementing innovative early learning programs
  • Document and share children's learning and development with families
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum

Requirements:

  • Completed Diploma in Children's Services
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check
