About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Childcare Room Leader to join our team at Montessori Academy. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for guiding, supporting, and supervising staff, students, and volunteers in the room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver inspiring Montessori early learning experiences for children
  • Develop and implement the Children's Program
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff and children
  • Liaise with families and maintain accurate records of individual children's progress
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Teaching (or ACECQA equivalent) and a current Working with Children Check. You will also need to be available to work Monday to Friday (full-time) and have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework.
