We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, friendly and keen to learn.

  • Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Coordinate product installations and follow up with suppliers regarding orders
  • Assist with general office tasks and prepare for showroom appointments
  • Support the team with day-to-day operations

To be successful in this role, you should have good communication skills, be detail-oriented and motivated to learn and grow with our business.

Responsibilities:

  Customer Inquiries: Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails and messages.

  Administrative Tasks: Assist with general office tasks, such as data entry and filing.

  Team Support: Support the team with day-to-day operations, including answering phones and responding to customer inquiries.
