Portfolio Development Manager

Are you a skilled project manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with project scheduling, coordination and team management?
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project scheduling with field operations to meet project time management requirements.
- Provide liaison support between supply chain and field operations for timely delivery of parts.
- Manage administrative tasks, including equipment procurement and tracking, contractor work orders, and project cash flow.
- Communicate project status and concerns to leadership, internal team members, and external customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase team/department efficiencies in project management related tasks.
- Submit project billing to the finance team weekly.
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of ATMs, smart safes, and recyclers required.
- Advanced MS Excel skills necessary.
- High-level oral and written communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills required.
