Key Responsibilities

The Surveillance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of Surveillance Officers, monitoring CCTV operations and ensuring high customer service standards.

  • Provide leadership to the Surveillance team, encouraging teamwork and cooperation, and monitoring health, wellbeing, and staff morale.
  • Attend meetings as required and monitor court appearances of the Surveillance team.
  • Develop a positive working culture and ensure alignment with the Unit's strategic direction.
  • Supervise all aspects of CCTV operation in accordance with policies, procedures, Code of Practice, and Code of Conduct.

Core Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience developing an efficient and effective team through coaching and mentoring.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
  • High level Microsoft Office skills, particularly managing spreadsheets and databases.
  • Ability to perform calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Experience training team members.
