This role involves assisting site teams by providing expert assistance, advice, and coaching to managers, supervisors, and staff. You will be responsible for advising on building operating systems, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practice.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to warehouse equipment, systems, and program operations.
  • Amending policies and procedures to meet operational changes and legislative updates.
  • Developing and overseeing daily, weekly, monthly routine programs of work inclusive of site preventative maintenance programs.
  • Managing and maintaining emergency evacuation procedures for the whole site.
  • Ensuring all processes are maintained and managed including CCTV, swipe card access, liaising with onsite security team and external security monitoring.
