We are seeking a CCTV Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for safety and security.

About the Role:

The CCTV Specialist will be responsible for supporting our stakeholders with investigations and incident reporting.

  • Prepare CCTV footage upon request from internal and external stakeholders
  • Record, archive, and retrieve footage efficiently to support investigations
  • Conduct regular audits of access rights and user privileges within the CCTV management system
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company protocols
  • Liaise with law enforcement and government agencies as required
  • Respond quickly and logically to time-critical requests
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all footage requests, access, and transfers
  • Verify footage integrity and confirm system timestamps and camera IDs
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience with CCTV systems, network infrastructure, and video management software
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive material in line with data protection regulations and company protocols
  • Strong understanding of file transfer protocols, encryption, and storage devices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with teams across the organization to achieve shared results
  • Strong attention to detail in achieving task objectives
  • Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously with efficiency and focus
