About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in the Government Of South Australia. Reporting to the Lead HR Business Partner, you will provide expert consultancy services in the management and delivery of employee relations services that target current and future organisational needs.

Strong business partnering with business and clinical leaders and/or line managers will be key to achieving shared organisational objectives. As a HR Business Partner, you will lead the implementation of proactive workforce strategies and interventions across designated Programs/Directorates to drive continuous improvement, performance, and accountability.

You will be a valued member of the broader Workforce team, identifying business risks and providing expert support and advice on complex HR matters. You will drive change, influence, and empower leaders in performance management, grievance resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
