About the Role
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of project timing, trade impact, and site planning;
- Experience in custom interior/exterior fit-outs and bespoke joinery;
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of carpenters and apprentices;
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to workplace health and safety;
- A thorough knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and best practices;
- A keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification;
- Several years of experience in high end residential construction;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- A strong understanding of building principles and architectural details;
- A current White Card and Drivers Licence;
- A portfolio of your work showcasing your skills and experience.
What We Offer

- A competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience;
