A Key Role in Our Team

We are seeking experienced Leading Hand Carpenters to join our team at Robert Plumb Build, a premium residential building company that has established an outstanding reputation for building excellence, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail. With a focus on sustainable practices, we collaborate with leading architects and interior designers to create award-winning homes up to $15 million in value.

Job Summary
  • Perform general building and carpentry tasks
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of project timing and its impact on other trades
  • Contribute to custom interior and exterior fit-outs
  • Create bespoke and detailed joinery
  • Lead and mentor a team of carpenters and apprentices on-site
  • Interpret and execute site plans, construction drawings, and scope of works
  • Promote workplace health and safety
  • Advocate for professionalism and Company brand
About You
  • Hold high-end residential carpentry experience post qualification
  • Possess strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
  • Exhibit excellent leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail and high-quality workmanship
  • Show willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Utilize strong communication skills
  • Possess Australian working rights
Required Qualifications/Certificates
  • Cert III Carpentry
  • Hold a valid driver's license (own vehicle)
  • Possess a White card
  • Be equipped with necessary tools
