Design Solutions Strategist

The Design Solutions Strategist will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, and create strategic design solutions that add maximum impact.

The ideal candidate is an experienced designer, accustomed to user-centric design methods and best practices. They will work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Client Success, and more to drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate working hypotheses through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, and published products.
  • Participate in design critiques to improve the overall design quality.
  • Create effective handover materials to clearly communicate design intent throughout interaction flows and journeys.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem definition and articulation skills to challenge assumptions and 'pre-set' thinking around solutions.
  • Natural collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions balance user needs, business strategy, and technical constraints.
  • Proven experience in creating effective handover materials.
  • A high bar for quality and craft in visual and interaction design.
  • Ability to think holistically across multiple surfaces and touchpoints.
  • Autonomy and resilience on a fast-paced team.
