We're seeking an accomplished Workplace Experience Director to oversee operations across two locations in central Melbourne. This role entails ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing budgets, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading daily activities, including workspace management, customer service, and events.
- Mentoring and guiding a team to deliver exceptional services, driving operational excellence, and promoting teamwork and feedback.
- Providing support to customers from onboarding to resolving concerns and celebrating successes.
- Collaborating with the Customer Experience team to plan engaging events and community initiatives.
- Tracking key performance metrics, leading renewal conversations, and assisting the sales team with workspace tours.
- Managing clubhouse financials, overseeing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Cultivating strong relationships with landlords, contractors, and building management teams to maintain high-quality facilities.
- Ensuring safe working conditions by implementing effective Occupational Health and Safety practices.
- Supporting sustainability initiatives through leadership and participation.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles within coworking spaces, hotels, or hospitality-driven settings, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong client relationship skills and expertise in developing high-performing teams.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in budget management, reporting, and day-to-day operational logistics.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Basic IT and AV troubleshooting knowledge to ensure smooth facility operations.
