Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our mail room, print room, records management, and office facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all mail room and print room requests and services, ensuring timely delivery and efficient processing.
  • Maintain and manage day-to-day facilities and maintenance requests, guaranteeing seamless operations.
  • Oversee records management requirements, including secure custody, verification of identity, and archiving.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of office services products, ensuring effective budget management.
  • Supervise and mentor office services clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a supervisory role, managing mail rooms, print rooms, records management, and facilities in a professional services firm. They should demonstrate strong client-oriented skills, intuition, and a proactive approach in understanding client needs.
