Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax & Business Advisory Accountant to provide exceptional service to clients across various industries.

About the Role

This pivotal role involves working closely with an Accounting Partner to manage a portfolio of clients, delivering management accounting and virtual CFO services, providing deeper commercial insight, and helping clients make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, from SMEs to large multi-entity groups, by preparing compliance documents including tax returns, financial statements, and BAS's.
  • Deliver strategic advice on budgeting, cash flow, tax structuring, business structuring, and succession planning.
  • Provide management reporting and virtual CFO services to selected clients.
  • Assist with business development through client relationship management and networking.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive and driven accounting professional with stakeholder and client management skills. You should be CA or CPA qualified or working towards it, with previous experience in a public practice accounting environment. You should also be commercially minded, personable, and committed to team and client success.
