We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in a key role that drives growth and success in financial services.

  • This position focuses on developing strong relationships with new clients, guiding them through the financial advice process, and helping them achieve their long-term goals.
  • You will play a critical role in converting warm leads into engaged clients, without the ongoing administrative burden of long-term client management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and engaging with new clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
  • Managing the client advice process from lead screening to engagement and being accountable for managing a pipeline towards your key performance indicators.
  • Collaborating with a team of trusted advisors to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences for clients.
  • Developing joint account plans with our accounting team to position our wealth management services.
  • Connecting clients with an advisor for ongoing work.
  • Benefiting from a steady supply of leads from our inbound and outbound programs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a growth-focused senior financial adviser role, having completed the FASEA exam and listed on the Adviser register.
  • Experience in a professional services environment, working alongside accounting, tax, or business advisory teams.
  • A driven, relationship-focused, and self-motivated individual who is passionate about meeting new clients and helping them achieve financial success.
  • Excellent business development skills combined with a drive for growth.
  • Ability to travel to regional offices.
