Digital Product Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive the evolution of our customer-led digital products.
You will work collaboratively to lead delivery for native iOS, Android, and Mobile Web experiences, ensuring alignment with broader strategies, user needs, and regulatory standards.
In this key role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by driving meaningful improvements and enhancements to our products.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Product Manager to prioritize feature delivery and enhance native app performance.
- Own refinement of requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks that meet team's evolving Definition of Ready (DoR).
- Champion Agile practices, fostering continuous improvement and closed-loop feedback cycles in product development and delivery.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to determine requirements and priorities.
- Collaborate with UX/design, prototyping, and CX testing teams during research and development phases.
- Jira board ownership includes administration and support.
- 6+ years' experience working with software development teams.
- 4+ years' experience working as a business analyst in modern Agile ways of working.
- 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in digital product delivery in native app space.
- Proven track record in managing diverse stakeholders within a product development environment.
- Experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify areas for product enhancement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills capable of influencing teams and managing relationships with stakeholders.
