Job Overview:

This role involves supporting the JCIB strategy planning and implementation in alignment with business objectives and development aspirations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of JCIB strategies and plans, aligning with business objectives and development aspirations
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement process improvements and optimize operational efficiency
  • Liaise with regional partners and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide high-quality analytical support to senior management and other stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in business management in Corporate Finance or Chartered Accounting environment is desired
  • Sound analytical skills including data extraction, analysis and presentation skills are essential
  • Good communication skills to report the state of financial condition using clear and precise descriptions
  • Strong negotiation / coordination, and networking skills
  • Strategic thinking and insights, interpersonal skills to identify issues and propose solutions
  • MS office experience with key capabilities in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence others
  • Fluent Japanese speaker (desirable)

Salary:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
