Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sports Product Planner to join our team at The Iconic. As a key member of our sports planning department, you will be responsible for analysing and forecasting financial and product trends, reviewing performance, and ensuring sufficient stock availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the BUB process, working collaboratively with Buying to achieve deadlines and ensure brand strategy aligns with department strategy
  • Manage a WSSI, own the forecasting and present in reforecast meetings
  • Effectively manage prioritization of own and direct team's workload during peak planning periods
  • Review in-season and post-season performance, giving recommendations of areas to focus on, grow and decline
  • Mitigate risk by identifying problem areas and having a bias for action
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Able to think strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability
  • Familiarity with retail industry trends and challenges
