Job Description:

You will play a pivotal role in connecting the dots between various departments within a large and geographically dispersed organization.

The role will be part of evolving and scaling an operations team and capability to support senior leaders execute on strategy and deliver value to customers.

As a member of various leadership teams you will be a critical business partner to multiple stakeholders helping to shape and lead key operating models, rituals and core processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable teams to better execute strategies by shaping, influencing and leading operational routines and processes.
  • Drive the execution and continual improvement of planning rituals and activities, including maintaining roadmaps, tracking OKRs and preparing reviews.
  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-domain collaboration with areas outside of Product and Technology to drive unified customer experiences and business outcomes.
  • Ensure divisions effectively prioritise, measure, report and act on key metrics including financial, product and technical indicators.
