Job Description

This role involves driving strategic initiatives and programs to enhance the capability of our people, focusing on long-term growth and development. You will partner with various teams and stakeholders to develop local solutions and drive transformation.

You will lead a team of specialists to oversee the management of change and capability for on- and offshore operations channels servicing our customers.

Your main responsibilities include leading the strategic implementation of transformation and capability programs, aligning to global and local transformation journeys, ensuring regulatory compliance, and owning employee and customer advocacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of relevant leadership experience in financial services, wealth management, or retail banking environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and projects at a senior level across complex organizations.
  • Proficiency in retail banking product processes and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
